An innovative workout for anyone looking to have fun and try something new! Resistance provides an aerial experience along with high cardio and muscle toning. Once you try Bungee Bounce, you’ll be hooked! Expect a few good laughs and high-flying fun. Definitely, a must try!!
Note: Proper attire required. Pants or capris that go past the knees and a t-shirt. No bare skin. You must be 16 years of age and have had no recent surgeries. Weight limit of 225 lbs. You will be weighed before class to ensure proper harnessing. Sorry, no prenatal bungee classes at this time (don’t shake the baby!!)
