How intense is the 8-Week Reset?
Our 8-Week Bootcamp is not a beginner workout, but we do offer plenty of variations for all fitness levels. In fact, we have students ages 20-75 currently enrolled in our series! But even with modifications, this is not an easy workout. You will see the most success if you have some baseline of exercise. Not sure if you’re ready? Then drop-in to a current class with Amanda. Does Amanda scare you? That’s ok, you can also choose to take ANY 4 mat classes a week—meaning you can completely customize your workout plan to suit your schedule and fitness level. Just ask our Front Desk to help you make a plan that works for you!
What do I need to be successful with the 8-Week Reset?
You will need discipline, a willingness to work hard, and athletic shoes. To see the best results, you will need to dedicate yourself to making it to class and even making some dietary changes. It’s not easy, but it’s worth it! And we’ll be there to guide you every step of the way!
How do I qualify for prizes?
As a special incentive, you could get back 50% of your enrollment fee. If you attend all of your classes, including all of the Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday bootcamp classes, you will qualify to get a 50% credit onto your account. Smaller prizes, such as gift certificates, bonus classes, and massages are awarded based on different criteria, such as most inches lost, most classes attended total, etc.
