This anatomically based conditioning class will help you build flexibility, strength, and endurance with no impact and no excess bulk. We emphasize the importance of spinal and pelvic alignment, proper breathing techniques, body awareness, and core activation. You will use props such as the foam roller, stability ball and cushion, resistance bands, and more to increase the burn or aid the stretch. No shoes. All levels welcome. (M)
