Looking to beat the heat with one of the coolest new fitness trends? Body in Balance Pilates and Personal Training Studio has teamed up with Maui Surf Clinics to offer Maui’s only certified SUPilates classes, as well as the ever-popular SUP Yoga! Take your practice to the water and discover the grace, power, and beauty of SUP!

ALL levels welcome! Absolutely no experience is necessary!

We feature state-of-the-art, anchored boards, lifeguard-certified instructors, and sandy-bottom SUP spots to make your experience the absolute best! Located in historic Lahaina town, just a few miles from magical Ka`anapali, Body in Balance wants to help you experience the very best in SUP Yoga and SUPilates.

Regular classes are every Saturday at 8-9:30am, though they are currently off the winter schedule due to weather. A normal class size is up to 4 people. Larger groups are always welcome, but must be booked as a private lesson. Private and semi-private lessons are available every day of the week in the morning, but must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.
