Two New Beginning Pole – 6 Week Series

Beginner Pole Series is a gentle, progressive introduction to pole dance. Starting from the ground up, you will learn floorwork, strength-based techniques, turns, spins, transitions, and beginner inversions. You will also learn how to incorporate these moves, which tighten and tone your body, into your first routine!

Recommendations: Do not apply lotion before class. Leave your jewelry at home. Wear workout shorts and a comfortable top. No shoes.
