If you have been wanting to try pole dancing as a fitness practice, this is the perfect place to start! You will learn the foundations of pole, to include four basic grips, beginner spins, strengthening/conditioning exercises, floor work, and climbing techniques.
With only 6 poles and a maximum of 12 students per class, The Pole Room students get intimate, hands-on classes. Safety is our number one priority. By keeping our classes small, we ensure that everyone is in the correct form, understands instruction properly, and receives the personal attention each and everyone deserves.
This is a series class, so the only day you can drop-in is the first day of the series. After that, you must attend all classes, or wait for the next series to begin.
Recommendations: Do not apply lotion before class. Leave your jewelry at home. Wear workout shorts and a comfortable top. No shoes.
