Curious to try that crazy, upside-down aerial yoga you see online? If you live on Maui, you’re in luck! This Saturday is a beginner’s Aerial Yoga Play workshop. Learn how to conduct yourself in a yoga swing, get the feel for the fabric, and reap the benefits of inverting with ease. Your spine will thank both of us later.
