Intro to Lyra is designed for novices wanting to learn proper form, various mounts, and a variety of shapes on this modern circus apparatus: a dazzling way to explore a whole new twirl!✨
The workshop begins on the ground with a full-body warm up, then progresses to learning poses over, sideways and under the hoop. By the end of the class you will be linking moves together to create transitions for basic lyra choreography, giving you the freedom of movement in space.✨
