Everyone has to start somewhere and this is the class to find your love for aerial silks! Begin with warm-up stretches on the ground and in the air to get your muscles ready and then move on to basic climbs, wraps, and skills needed to get you into the air. This is a full body workout that incorporates strength, flexibility, and beauty. The class will be catered and paced to the individuals each week. All ages are welcome! Please, no jewelry on hands or wrists. Tight fitting pants that cover the backs of your knees is recommended and a shirt that covers your armpits is required. See you in the air! (E)
