Classical Reformer follows the original source and sequence of exercises designed by Joseph Pilates. All exercises are initiated from the Powerhouse and are meant to build strength in this area. Each exercise has a specific rhythm and they are meant to build upon each other and flow seamlessly from one to the other using specific transitions.
