Responsibilities:

• Build awesome weekly classes
• Check guests into class
• Engage with guests before, during, and after class. We are a family!
• Understand all studio expectations and policies, new announcements, promotions, and upcoming events
• Promote and sell class packages, memberships, retail, and services (even ones you don’t personally teach)
• We have high standards at Body in Balance and so should you!! Before, during, and after classes!
• Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, all the things! Be social, regularly! Talk-up your awesome self! Get your followers into class!
• Attend Team Meetings once a quarter

Are you qualified:

• Certified in the class you wish to teach (or equivalent)
• Have or obtain your FEIN
• Have or be willing to get your LLC and GE tax license for the state of Hawaii
• Have or be willing to get your CPR and First Aid
• Have or be willing to get your Independent Fitness Liability Insurance with Body in Balance listed as additionally insured
• Have excellent people skills and be able to lead multi-level classes
• Be self-motivated and a team-player

• Check guests into class
• Engage with guests before, during, and after class. We are a family!
• Understand all studio expectations and policies, new announcements, promotions, and upcoming events
• Promote and sell class packages, memberships, retail, and services
• We have high standards at Body in Balance and so should you!! Before, during, and after classes!
• Light cleaning
• General upkeep
• Attend Team Meetings once a quarter
• Regularly attend classes at Body in Balance

Are you qualified:

• Commit to the position for at least six months
• Be dependable and punctual
• Be a “people person” and possess exceptional customer service skills (in person, on the telephone and in email)
• Exhibit strong administrative skills (organization, efficiency, communication and excellent computer literacy)
• Be legally able to work in the United States
