Our program is not for everyone. It takes work, dedication, drive, and commitment. For 3 months you will dedicate your life to health and wellness. You will meet with a personal trainer 3 times a week. You will take group fitness classes up to 7 times a week. You will get a complete kitchen overhaul including recipes, meal plans, grocery store tips, and more. But most importantly, you WILL GET RESULTS!

To lose those unwanted pounds you need to burn more calories than you consume. Our program utilizes a mixture of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and flexibility training to tone every inch of your body safely, efficiently, and effectively. In our experience, this is the part of our program that makes people the most nervous because they feel they’re out of shape. Don’t worry! We strive to make your program customizable for your level, goals, and style. We want fitness to be FUN!


You may be under the impression that good food doesn’t taste good. On the contrary! We want to show you how to make flavorful, fast, easy meals you’ll actually want to eat. This program is comprehensive, which means yes, we will come to your house and help you clean out all the unwanted, unhealthy food from your kitchen. We will have food seminars, and excursions to help you make better choices one meal at a time!


You will lose weight on this system, but one of the key goals of our weight loss program is to equip you with the tools you need to continue your journey once your three months has concluded. The education portion of the program will help you learn about your body, what, when, and how to feed it, and techniques to help you achieve your goals. You will work closely with your coaches to help you identify behaviors and triggers that have jeopardized your weight loss efforts and learn strategies to overcome these challenges.


You are not alone. You can meet with your teammates regularly, if you like. You will struggle together. You will triumph together. We are here to help. We will also include your family, friends, co-workers—your support system. You will be astonished by the support and encouragement you will receive from day one. You can do this! We can help!

The Start of the Exercise Weight Loss Plan

Your weight loss journey will begin with a cardiovascular and strength assessment, which will involve movements such as squats, crunches, sit-ups, push-ups along with a jog or walk, each measured for a specific amount of time or distance. The purpose of the assessment is to help us establish your baseline fitness level and to help you track your progress.

How Will You Monitor Progress?

In addition to the fitness assessment, we will take measurements from your chest, stomach, arms, legs, and hips. We will also use a body composition analysis machine called the InBody 230, which measures not only your weight, but your body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, water content, and more. These detailed insights will help us tailor your program while showing you the REAL RESULTS you achieve.

Will You Be Able to Keep Up?

This is your workout. Your weight loss plan is yours, specifically. Yes, we will work as a group, but we will take into consideration every aspect of your body, health, age, injury history, and more to custom fit your program. We will keep you motivated while exposing you to various types of fitness classes and activities including pool workouts, interval training, yoga, dance, martial arts, Pilates, hiking, and outdoor workouts. Getting fit and healthy requires a change in mentality. It’s challenging, but we will show you, no matter your level or obstacle, that there is always something you can do.
