Experience the power of healing vibrations through the playing of Alchemy Singing Crystal Bowls in this restorative sound bath with our special guest artist Jennifer Loftus. The singing bowls are made of pure crystal quartz blended with gemstones or other mineral elements and the beauty of their healing sound works on a cellular and energetic level. Tune in to the sensations of your body through breath work, gentle somatic movement on the mat and the harmonious and gentle healing vibrations of sound to help nurture and renew YOU…body, mind and spirit.
